Richard was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly.
Richard has been the HVAC Tech to do our annual inspection several times before. As has always been the case, he is quite knowledgeable about his job, and is quite efficient. It is always a pleasure to see him show up.
Richard was fast to find the issue with my condenser-compressor (heat pump unit). With the wind Thermopolis has had a whole lot of cotton, leaves, debris had blown in the unit. He got it cleaned up & now there's no more weird noises coming from the unit.
Richard did a great job and is very personable.
