Richard has been the HVAC Tech to do our annual inspection several times before. As has always been the case, he is quite knowledgeable about his job, and is quite efficient. It is always a pleasure to see him show up.
They showed up when they said they would. They did a really nice job and cleaned up the space after they got done servicing the furnace and were very polite. Overall, they did a great job and I was very pleased

Bighorn is a great local company. There was a few issues with the central heat, and Jason and Josh were quick to locate and correct the problem and make it right, which I really appreciated.
