Dr. R.S.
Very polite, explained what he was doing. He was 10 minutes late for his appointment
David was very thorough with his diagnosis of the problem and repaired the issue in a timely manner.
Needed our furnace serviced and Jeremy was our technician - he was great, prompt and thorough with explanations. Very reasonable charges. Thank you Big Horn Heating and Cooling!
Dave was my tech. He showed professionalism and was efficient and knowledgeable. I will request him in the fall
Thank you Richard for your maintenance work on my unit. I appreciate getting this done.
Chris L. was awesome to us! He came out the night that we had the estimate done because somebody had forgotten to connect a hose when they were looking at the unit earlier that day. Chris has been extremely professional and explained everything very well! I would totally recommend Chris to anyone for their installation. We had a furnace and air conditioner unit replaced by Chris at Bighorn Heating and Cooling. The existing furnace was not installed properly and was leaking the condensation into the crawl space of the house and the unit was well over 20 years old. Now everything is installed correctly and is brand new! We could not be happier! We were so impressed with the professionalism that we purchased the additional 10-year labor warranty for an extra $1,000.
