I can't recommend Big Horn Heating and Cooling enough! They replaced the furnace in my house when I first bought it last year. The new furnace was having issues with the older home's duct work and Big Horn Heating and Cooling went out of their way to promptly find solutions to make it work for me. This winter, I started to have similar issues as last year with the furnace. I called the company and they immediately worked me in to service the furnace the same day. They then made the decision to replace my furnace free of charge with a furnace that would work better with the duct work of my older home and give me complete peace of mind moving forward. I appreciate a company with integrity that stands by their work and treats their customers so well. It's refreshing to see a company that stands by doing the right thing even if doesn't help their bottom line. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Big Horn Heating and Cooling for all HVAC needs. They have a life long customer in me.
