Chris L & Luke G did a great job of installing new furnace and a/c in my home. I just wish the estimator told me that I needed to have an electrician to finish the install. Now having to wait on electrician to use new a/c.
Have used two other service providers over the years but none of them can compare to Big Horn Heating and Cooling. They show up on time, answer their phone, and fix what ever the issue - and fix it right the first time! Best HVAC service in the area. We love their annual maintenance program 2 visits per year for two systems only $198. These guys are HVAC experts A++++.
Big Horn's team was great to work with. They were on site first thing in the morning and worked full days to get my furnace replaced. With an older house, there are always challenges. Eli and Darryl figured out how to get the project done and my furnace is fully operational.
Wish I had a different thermostat, but that's not his fault. He was very personable, answered all my questions and gave me the correct information for the price.
