We were extremely happy with the service we received from beginning to end. They recommended an HVAC system that fit our unique needs and is working out great. The installers discussed various options with us, asked for our preferences, and were very accommodating. If they didn't have an immediate answer to a question, they researched it with the manufacturer and got back to us with facts. Their communication was excellent related to scheduling and they followed through with their install completion commitment. I would absolutely recommend Big Horn Heating and Cooling.
