Chris L. And Eli C. Did a wonderful job installing our new AC units. They were very friendly, worked hard to get the job completed and made sure they cleaned up after they completed the task.
My parents have had a dorment AC unit for over 10+ years; after the handyman installed it , the electrical bill skyrocketed and they shut the unit off. We weren't sure it even worked anymore. Mike showed up early and was amazing. He made quick diagnoses; thoroughly explained the issues and had our AC unit operational after 10+ years of being dormant in less than an hour.
Big Horn Heating and Cooling replaced our furnace last year; after the install they followed up and have been nothing but great to work with!
He was friendly, knowledgeable, didn't mind my dogs, and did a nice job.

Our A/C quit working about 6pm on a 100 degree day. Deric with BHHC called back about 7:20 and was here shortly after 8:00.
Diagnosed the problem and had our system back up and cooling within 20 minutes.
Very professional, competent, and pleasant to deal with.

Took the time to check the filter on the mini split, made sure the remote was working and did the standard maintenance on the unit. Showed up on time.
