We are in our 80s and I am battling the flu, so, of course, the furnace stopped working that night. Trying not to panic, Barry called Big Horn Heating the next morning. The woman who answered was friendly, understanding, and efficient. A mechanic arrived before Noon, found the problem part and arranged to have a new one installed the next day---at our best time (!). A different mechanic arrived as promised, with replacement in hand. All is well now (and warm) and we both were amazed at the FANTASTIC SERVICE! Thanks so much Big Horn Heating!!

Switching older home to central heat / cooling, to me it was a difficult task that they were asked to do, and they did a excellent job. I'm very Happy with the end results. Now waiting for electrician to wire 220/20 amp to complete
