Having our furnace on a maintenance program is working very well for us.

Far and away, one of the most stellar experiences I've had. The team at BHH&C seamlessly created an excellent customer experience for us. From the first call, they have been friendly and eager to help. Very knowledgeable of their products and services, they took the time to explain several different scenarios to get us exactly what we needed and are confident with what they provided. They were timely, worked efficiently, and left the workspace more tidy than they found it. Additionally, their follow-up is commendable. They researched and provided us with some information regarding some rebates we were eligible for. I had no idea the rebates were available and would have missed out on almost two thousand dollars had it not been for their intentional customer service. Thank you for servicing our community with a real spirit of excellence!

They dispatched AC repairs FAST…& it was much appreciated with the hot weather!

Hello everybody. I just have one minute to spare, but I like to post this because I am so pleased with Big Horn Heating and Cooling here in Worland. When we have heat and heat outside no AC will get to hot inside. Kaycee did not give up at my problem and so did Derek. Thank you so much that you fix my AC the problem in this old house.
We had a great experience with Dave. He got us set up on a maintenance plan. He provided excellent customer service and answered any questions we had.
Had a Technician named Dave come out and was nice and professional and top off my freon in my ac and he went above and beyond making sure me and my wife understood all that he was going to be doing before he even started then ended up getting it all done fast and efficiant
