Big Horn Heating and Cooling came promptly when we called and said we were having a problem with our a/c. Josh came and he trouble shooted our system, identified the cause of the problem and fixed it, and explained everything in a very thorough way that was understandable to us.
We have had bad experiences in the past with HVAC service in Jackson, but Josh was excellent!
I really can't recommend them enough. I feel totally confident that our HVAC is in good hands now.
